Change in terms and conditions

We've made a minor change to the terms and conditions for Jiglu.com. You can read the new version at www.jiglu.com/+terms.

We've also introduced a separate privacy policy covering what information we collect, store and use in running the service. You can read this at www.jiglu.com/+privacy.

If you have any questions or there's anything we've overlooked then do let us know.

I'd appreciate if you could point out or highlight the changes you've made in order for us to identify the effects they have on us. Thanks.

There were two additions:

– If you are under 16 then you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the service.

– How we collect, store and use your personal information is described in our privacy policy.

And the removal of two terms that are now covered by our privacy policy:

– We may occasionally use your details to e-mail you about changes in the service or new services that we offer, but usually no more than a couple of times a year.

– We won't ever use the details you provide for anything else or give them to anyone else without thumbscrews, or at least some sort of judicial authority.

The other changes were cosmetic.

Thank you for your answer (and the clear privacy policy).
