Error Inviting new members

Hi
I am having problems inviting someoen to join my group and get the following error message. The user specified by the address ‘e-mail address' cannot be joined at this time as they are not yet full members of the system.
I have removed the e-mail address but this is normally included.
How can I invite this person to join?

Hi,
Sorry for the problem you have encountered. That error is caused because the person you are trying to invite has already registered in the system, but has not yet confirmed their e-mail address.
We do know about this problem, but we haven't got a resolution yet. What you can do, is ask the person to confirm their e-mail address by clicking on a link in the e-mail they should have received when they registered with the system. They can resend this e-mail by logging on to http://www.jiglu.com, at which point they should see a message asking if they wish to "resend the notification". (if there are any problems with this, just ask them to contact us at (Address removed)).
Once they have confirmed their e-mail address, you can then invite them again in exactly the same way, and it should work without any problems.
