I am the administrator of a space, but I can no longer post. There is a message : "Sorry, there was a problem: * Your message could not be saved as you have too many draft discussion messages and knowledge entries in your taskbox. You will need to delete one before you try again." But when I go to the the taskbox, "No matching tasks Info * You have no tasks." is written.

When I first installed the widget on my blog last week it was relatively small when the page first loaded and only expanded when interacted with. Now it loads up fully expanded all the time, taking up a large amount of vertical height in my sidebar. Is this an intentional change, or a bug?

Hi Nigel, Please go on, because it is helpul. You know that the changes from Mailspaces to Jiglu was a trouble for me. Then i was not sure to write, and i stop to do that. But I understand that Jiglu is a very good thing for me. So I am so interested to start in with my "webcashmotor" the motor webpowered for personal savings.

We're moving on to some rather decent kit this weekend, but it will mean that we need to take the service down for about 6 hours from 9am to 3pm UK time. If you have a tagging widget, it will disappear for a little while. If you have a community, it will be unavailable for that period.

Dear Jiglu, During yet another Yahoo outage I managed to get a new Jiglu member; however she didn't like the fact that the date of birth and place of birth were mandatory entries during the registration process. I've told her that the DOB is concerned with "over 18" groups and that the "country" isn't the country of birth but the current location and is needed for time zone-related data – my guesses!

It seems that my spaces aren't receiving contributions made by email, and haven't been for about 24 hours. Contributions made via the web are ok. Plus, email versions appear to be being delivered to members. It's just the incoming that's not appearing.

We're adding some major new functionality to Jiglu in the autumn. A lot of people have external content, such as a blog or a web site, that they want to link to their Jiglu content, using our unique automatic tagging technology. We have been testing our first tool to enable people to do that.

Nigel suggested Id post it in here too: I have tryed to transfer messages and knowledges from one group to another. Begining is good - everthing goes as planned, but after a while there is 2 problems: 1. when transfering knowledge to another group that group doesnt show up in the list 2. In the second group I seem to lose the knowledge and discussions contribusion.

Gentlemen, I'm getting entries in my Taskbox relating to knowledge entries which appear to be "is this still OK". The actual text says "knowledge entry has been sent for review, in case it requires revision since this version was first published." Why is this happening and how can I stop it?

I notice that I can't see a 'scheduled' poll when leaving the default 'All dates' option in the search. I have to specify the day it is scheduled for in order to see that it's there.
