In order to get all the details we need for setting up a user account we need people to visit a web page to register first.
If, for example, they want to join the support space then you'd tell them to go to http://support.jiglu.com/+register. Once they complete the form they get an e-mail asking them to confirm their address either by replying to the e-mail or clicking on a link it contains. Once they've done that they'll be joined.
Once we have an account we then support them joining other spaces by e-mail by sending a message to, say, (Address removed). There's a full list of e-mail commands in http://support.jiglu.com/help/articles/email.
