one of the main problems here is Alan actually has two accounts, both are a member of Anorak Nation. As a result, I am not a hundred percent sure which account he wants us to modify, so it might be an idea if he got in touch with us directly at (Address removed).

I can then talk through exactly which account he wants to use and hopefully sort out all the issues he has.
