Please can you help. I have recently invited a new member to join our space “BMGCL”, as I often do, but this time I see there is a message to say it is waiting for admin approval.

We had a series of issues with one component after the upgrade, which have taken a while to fix.

There will be a minor software update on Thursday 8 April which means bringing the site down for a couple of hours at most from 10am UK time.

Just to note that because of the misunderstanding we've offered Michel a new space.

You have announced that the transfer of spaces from jiglu.com to jigluhood.com is done. But my "blanchejoachim" space is nowhere. Have you forgotten a few spaces or have you deleted my space ?

Jiglu.com will be unavailable on Tuesday 27 October 2009 from 10am to approximately 6pm for a software upgrade.

Hi Michel. There is a knowledge entry in the support space that goes into more detail about how to put images onto the home page from start to finish.

 Hi Michel. The reason is because in the knowledge entry you are displaying on the home page, the images are attached to the knowledge, but not actually referenced in the body of the knowledge.

I should also mention that if this happened to you before then it's possible that the wrong image is now stuck in your browser cache.

You mean the link on 'Person' in the properties section in the sidebar when you view a tag? We'll have that one fixed shortly.

Jiglu is great for online work, but printing knowledge entries gives very poor results (I've tried with FF3 and IE7).

I'm sorry but that the size of the widget is fixed. We are looking at offering a premium widget at some point that will allow more control over the look.

 Hi, sorry for the problems you have had here. This is a result of us switching to a new HTML editor, which is for the most part better than the old one.

I've often used color in my entries to express a point or separate key poetry phrases. Today, I find that it no longers saves in color.

 Hi Nigel. I finally think I understand what is happening now. I think the invite went out before you updated your e-mail address, so it again hasn't associated the invite with you properly.
